I am an serial Entrepreneur, I am 37 years of age, and have been starting companies since 1995, ranging from consulting companies, software companies, media companies, computer games and internet companies. I have a fair bit of Telco experience, and have done some management consultancy to help other startups, and larger organizations in between, I have been a CEO, a CTO and have had few different hats since 1995.

My current primary focus is creating and building disruptive companies with world-class entrepreneurs, mainly through my BootstrapLabs business lab, and I occasionally do consulting for startup’s or major corporations to help build new disruptive products/services.

CAREER SUMMARY
Autodidact entrepreneur, with less formal education and more of hands-on experience in management, technology and business development. Using my experience as an entrepreneur combined with management and technical expertise I provide Interim Management, Project Management, High-Level architecture services for a number of clients ranging from Telecom (e.g. Orange Worlds Services) to Security Services (e.g. SOS Alarm AB).Through-out my professional career I have always been driven by new challenges, and I perform at best when the task is a bit bigger than what I am used to. I have strong ability to see the big picture, quickly learn, handle new situations, and manage both strategy and tactics.

Management
Founded companies with-in Media and IT consulting and Software segments, and worked as a CEO, CTO and R&D Manager during different phases. Managed teams and projects on multiple sites (employees and contractors) and offshore teams. Experience includes administration, budgets, recruitment, building and managing teams, funding of projects and companies.

Business Development
Establishing Business Models and writing Business Plans for new technology products and services, positioning and targeting them in a value-chain/value-network, finding typical partners and ways of going to market. Experience range from Telecom, Internet, Software and consumer entertainment segments. Funding from Business Angels, Venture Capital Firms and Private Banks.

Software Architecture/Development Management
Solid experience in managing software projects from my own companies and different consulting engagements. Experience includes Project Management and High-Level System Architecture for Software Development projects (in the Internet and Telco segment), building and coaching Software R&D and Product Development teams. Experience of taking a technology product or service to market and going from prototyping to standardize development methods, QA, documentation.
