Books tell a lot of who a person is, here I will list some of my favorite books (not a complete list, but I will add more as I go):

FreakonomicsFreakonomics
By Steven D. Levitt & Stephen J. Dubner
In Freakonomics (written with Stephen J. Dubner), Levitt argues that many apparent mysteries of everyday life don’t need to be so mysterious: they could be illuminated and made even more fascinating by asking the right questions and drawing connections. For example, Levitt traces the drop in violent crime rates to a drop in violent criminals and, digging further, to the Roe v. Wade decision that preempted the existence of some people who would be born to poverty and hardship.

From good to greatGood to great
By Jim Collins
Why some companies make the leap to excellent performers and other are just good. A must reading for managers and entrepreneurs.

The undercover economist
By Tom Harford
“The Undercover Economist is a book you must pick up if you want a fresh perspective on how basic ideas in economics can help in answering the most complex and perplexing questions about the world around us.”

Atlas shrugged
By Ayn Rand (written 1957!)Atlas Shrugged.
Fiction, philosophy, excellent book and recommended reading for all entrepreneurs. Is quite political (open,libertarian/objectivism), and the main character is a female entrepreneur, and story is about her struggle and enormous drive to keep her business running despite a society and government that is all but entrepreneur friendly, and increasingly diminish private ownership.
